Choosing a name for your Malta company
In order to proceed with an
incorporation, you must first submit to us at least three proposed company
names indicated your order of preference. We provide a complimentary
free validation service to confirm which name or names are available and
acceptable for registration.
In devising a name for your
Malta company, please avoid the worlds "trust", "financial", "nominee" or
names of an adult nature as these will not be accepted.
The words "International" and
"Group" are acceptable in company names.
