Maltese companies must have a
local company secretary which we provide as part of all our service
packages. Foreign directors are allowed but you may want us to provide
a local director to make the most tax-intelligent gain of Malta's numerous
double-tax treaties.
Licensed nominee shareholders
are also available to shield the identity of the real shareholders of the
